Gray Pannell LLC was founded in 2008 by Tom Gray, Jim Pannell, and Jon Pannell, bringing together more than a century of combined legal experience. The team later welcomed Anne Carson Thompson (2017) and Stephen Swinson (2020), further expanding the firm’s talent and reach.
